The Workshop is a large space located near the resort entrance that houses a workbench area, small tools, drills, table saws, air compressor, snowblower, lawnmower, and building supplies. The Warehouse adjoins the Workshop and has a significant amount of shelving and space for storage.
The building for rental rooms, laundry, and food storage is adjacent to the main Lodge, and is easily accessible both summer and winter.
The Staff Apartment adjoins the Workshop/Warehouse near the Resort entrance. It is a moderately sized living area for either one person or a couple, and contains one queen bed, living room, kitchen with refrigerator, counter space, sink, and shelving. There is a small bathroom with sink and shower. It is heated with a small wood stove. It has running water in summer only, while water can be supplied in barrels in winter.
The Woodshed, located near the Workshop, is large enough to store up to 25 cords of word. It has a 25-ton gas wood splitter, and a Jeep that acts as a resort vehicle for transporting wood or other materials.
