The Lodge is a collection of amenities (but not rental rooms). Coming in the main entrance there is a lobby with reception desk, office, and boutique. The boutique is fully stocked with clothing, jewellry, and home decor items. The space could be converted into a coffee bar or other facility as desired.
The Lodge building is heated by a wood-burning Clayton furnace in the basement, with propane backup system. The basement also has a liquor cellar storage, space for wood storage, and various garden/landscape equipment storage.

The lobby is the entrance into the two dining areas – an upper dining area and a spectacular main summer dining room with curved front, floor to ceiling windows, great view over the lake, elegant table settings and furnishings, and magnificent Swarovski crystal chandelier. Guests often gasp at the unexpected sophistication of the room.
The dining rooms are a key feature of the Resort and differentiate it from competing resorts in the area, few or none of which serve meals. Both dining rooms are fully licensed. Guests often choose to stay at Eagle’s Nest Resort because they can get meals. The dining rooms are currently only serving resort guests, but could serve anyone who made a reservation if desired.

The kitchen is fully equiped and has a great view over the lake from a large window. It is an L-shaped room with several counter tops for food preparation, a large 4-burner/2-oven propane stove, and large walk-in cooler. It is equipped with all cooking equipment, and restaurant-style plates for food service. There is a serving bar for sending out plates, and a liquor bar area for preparing drinks.
At one end of the Lodge on the second floor is the Manager’s apartment, with ample space for a queen or king bed, a sitting area, large walk-in closet, full bathroom/shower, and large picture windows with magnificent views. A door from the apartment opens onto a deck and extended balcony that surrounds the building. It is a beautiful living accommodation.

Off the upper dining room is the Library, a comfortable lounge area with significant shelving for books. It has several leather couches/loveseats, a large screen TV/VCR and is an ideal space for resort management to relax at the end of a day. It is also licensed, and could be used as a waiting area for restaurant guests.
The Boardroom is a well-appointed room ideal for meetings. It has a large conference table with eight oversized chairs, wet bar, bathroom, and large picture windows with a magnificent view of the lake. It can host meetings of up to 12 people, with space to serve coffee/tea/snacks if required. There is space to set up audio/visual equipment if desired.
